The Consultation

Here we'll discuss design dilemmas and solutions for how you want to live in that space. I'll get to know you and your stlye and we'll discuss function, furniture placement, window treatments, flooring, wall coverings, art, and accessories...

I'll provide you with visuals through magazines and or sketches to help you visualize the design plan and enable you to "do it yourself" or you can opt to have me to the decorating for you. 

CopyCat Decor

Have you ever seen a room in a magazine or book and wished you could have it but thought it was not in your budget? Find a picture and I'll replicate it for you. All within your budget.

Special Occasion Decor

I'll help you decorate for that special occasion

Tablescaping

Make your next party really sizzle! I'll design a beautiful table to suite your style party. Your guests will feel like they are at a 5 star restaurant!

Real Estate and Home Staging

Statistics have proven that staged homes sell faster and for more money! I'll give you ideas to improve your salability by decluttering, rearranging, depersonalizing, and accessorizing so your home will appeal to more buyers.

Redesign/HomeStyling

I'll use the furnishings you already have, rearrange it, take some from other rooms, rearrange the artwork and accessories to give you a new take on the space!

Transition Planning

Moving from one home to another and trying to decide what to take, what to leave, what to buy, and how to make it all work can be a daunting task! I'll show you how to turn you new home into a showplace!

Fees

Generally I work on an hourly rate of $40 an hour.

I will however work within a budget and a time frame and I will price out the job as close as I can to give you a flat fee if you are not comfortable working by the hour. It would be subject to change depending on the availability of what we are looking for and the amount of time it will take to find it.

I charge a $20 per hour computer sourcing fee for online shopping.
